McInerney arraigned on charges
FREEHOLD — Bartholomew “Bart” McInerney, 42, of Spring Lake Heights, was arraigned on Monday in Monmouth County Superior Court, here, on 12 counts of second degree endangering the welfare of a child.
An arraignment is a formal reading of the charges, to which Mr. McInerney pleaded not guilty.
The arraignment follows an indictment last month by a grand jury on the 12 counts, which concern alleged incidents of sexual conduct ...
